Terms & Conditions — ppvlpp Platform Rules

By registering an account on ppvlpp, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them unconditionally. These terms apply to all users of the ppvlpp platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, and any individual interacting with the site's content.

ppvlpp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. To access the full range of ppvlpp's gaming and betting services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ppvlpp reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any stage — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any flagged account activity.

The following obligations apply to all registered ppvlpp accounts:

1. Accurate Information: All personal details submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be truthful and up to date. You must notify ppvlpp promptly if any of your registered details change.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ppvlpp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to register exactly one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts may be voided.
4. Verified Identity: ppvlpp may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before permitting withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

All financial transactions on the ppvlpp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. ppvlpp does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS) — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳500. Withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Bank Transfer — Supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Withdrawals may take 1–24 hours.

ppvlpp does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges; these are outside ppvlpp's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements being outstanding. ppvlpp reserves the right to request additional verification prior to releasing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.

ppvlpp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal request linked to a bonus can be approved.
2. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin rewards carry an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance or free spins that remain after the expiry period will be removed from the player's account automatically without compensation.

ppvlpp monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity using automated and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ppvlpp will act swiftly and without prior warning to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all legitimate players.

All content published on the ppvlpp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software components, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of ppvlpp or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppvlpp platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvlpp shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party providers where ppvlpp has acted in good faith to correct such errors promptly.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any betting or gaming losses incurred in the ordinary course of your use of the platform, including losses resulting from your own decisions and judgements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ppvlpp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ppvlpp's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and no warranty — express or implied — is given as to continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

ppvlpp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of Terms: Where a player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and any funds associated with prohibited activity forfeited.
2. Suspected Fraud or Money Laundering: Where ppvlpp reasonably suspects that an account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct, the account will be frozen immediately pending investigation and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
3. Failed Verification: Where a player fails to complete the required KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so, ppvlpp may restrict account functionality including the ability to make withdrawals.
4. Self-Exclusion Request: Where a player requests self-exclusion under the ppvlpp Responsible Gaming policy, the account will be closed or restricted in accordance with the player's stated preferences and the timeline agreed at the time of the request.

Where an account is closed by ppvlpp due to a breach of these terms, the player forfeits any bonus funds and associated winnings. Cash balances derived from genuine deposits (excluding bonus funds) may be returned at ppvlpp's discretion following investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of ppvlpp. In the event of any dispute arising between you and ppvlpp in connection with these terms, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: In the first instance, disputes should be raised with the ppvlpp customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48–72 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If the initial contact does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to ppvlpp detailing the nature of the dispute, the outcome you seek, and any supporting documentation. ppvlpp will respond to formal complaints within 14 calendar days.
3. Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved after ppvlpp's response, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
4. Language of Proceedings: All dispute communications, formal complaints, and related correspondence must be conducted in English.

ppvlpp makes no representation that the platform's content or services are appropriate for access from all locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If use of online gaming services is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not access or use ppvlpp.
